Aromatic wine with an easy, smooth body. Medium acidity and good fat structure, but with a pleasant tropical fruit character.

Custoza "Poggio delle Grazie"
50% Garganega, 30% Trebbiano, 20% Friulano (Tocai). Fermentation only steel. Separate vinification with 3 months on the yeast.
The white wine of Lake Garda. A predominantly dry and mineral wine thanks to the clay and gravel soils, the lake’s Mediterranean temperatures impart light fruity notes. Green apple and aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore «Terralibera»
100% Verdicchio. Organic farming. Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented, and aged for 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel and 2 months in the bottle.

95% Corvina, 5% Rondinella. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel only.
Wine from Lake Garda. Natural and organic, the result of a father-son collaboration. Bright ruby red in color, with notes of red fruit and spices, raspberry and cinnamon on the palate. Light-bodied, fresh, and easy to drink.

Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Montepulciano, Frappato, Nerello Mascallese, Nero d’Avola. Fermentacion y crianza solo acero. No filtrado.
It’s classified as Vino Rosso (or Vino da Tavola Rosso), but unofficially we call it IGT Italia. This is Michael celebrating the generosity, uniqueness, and inherent drinkability of Italy’s native grapes. Italian native grapes. Nebbiolo Colli Novaresi "Le Piane"
85% Nebbiolo, 15% Vespolina. Maceration for six days with daily pump-overs and aging for nine months in steel.
Christoph Künzli, originally from Switzerland, rescued the ancient volcanic vineyards of Boca in the Upper Piedmont region in the late 1990s, breathing new life into a nearly forgotten area. While his wine is accessible, it is the result of careful harvesting and aging, which give it soft tannins and excellent harmony, perfect even for very special meals.
