The Ramazzottos started back in 1890 in their home country Italy with their love affair with hospitality, creating their first trattoria as a way of making a living, although very soon after they realized that this was just an excuse for their true goal: that everyone could enjoy authentic Italian cuisine.

But what they couldn’t have imagined is that they would go on to create a family saga of Italians who have already been cooking Italian recipes in a traditional way for five generations, with the same goal as in 1890: their customers’ enjoyment.

This genetic heritage came to Spain with Federico and Nicolò—both geniuses and great characters—and they added one more goal: that while you eat in their trattoria, you become a true Italian.
