Garganega, Pinot bianco, Sauvignon Blanc. Blend of vintages. Aging on lees for 4 months in steel. Aging barrels and tonneaux for 8 months.
The blend of different vintages gives the wine great complexity, with an aromatic profile that ranges from chamomile, tropical fruits, white flowers, and lavender to elegant notes of toast, nuts, and white pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with a pronounced minerality that invites another sip.

Nebbiolo Colli Novaresi "Le Piane"
85% Nebbiolo, 15% Vespolina. Maceration for six days with daily pump-overs and aging for nine months in steel.
Christoph Künzli, originally from Switzerland, rescued the ancient volcanic vineyards of Boca in the Upper Piedmont region in the late 1990s, breathing new life into a nearly forgotten area. While his wine is accessible, it is the result of careful harvesting and aging, which give it soft tannins and excellent harmony, perfect even for very special meals.
