A small amount of Barbera grape is added to the Nebbiolo grape and, after fermentation, the wine rests for 16 to 18 months in new French oak barrels. The vineyards were planted in 2002 at about 500 meters above sea level, on lean soils rich in boulders. The northern exposure and a strong thermal oscillation between day and night favor a slow ripening of the grapes with a fresh and elegant profile. It is a typical Montepulciano from the mountain, which prefers elegance and drinking pleasure to power, and to very ripe and dense fruit, the refined facet of aromas and aromas. Valle Reale's ``Sant'Eusanio Vineyard`` is the expression of the best grapes from a company cru. At the end of the harvest, the best grapes are fermented in steel tanks with native yeasts and macerated with the skins. The wine ages for 12 months in steel tanks and completes its aging with 8 months in the bottle before going on the market. It has a rather dark ruby red color with soft violet reflections. The Secondo di Castello Solicchiata is a wine that, despite its name, is not far behind any of the other wines on offer. It is simply the second label created by this historic and award-winning winery. The current Baron Spitaleri de Muglia, heir to the dynasty and owner of the winery, has continued with the traditional vinification of Bordeaux blends; Specifically, he concentrated on producing wine from only Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, planted on terraces located 800 meters above sea level, on the splendid volcanic soils of Etna. The Secondo di Castello Solicchiata is born from the fermentation of the same vines used for the most famous Bordeaux wines in French wooden vats for 3-4 weeks, and then aged for 24 months in second-hand barrels and then aged for 36 months in the bottle. Castello Solicchiata is a Sicilian red produced on Etna in a typical Bordeaux style. It is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon with a long barrel ageing. A historic wine for the Etna winery, which expresses a complex and mature bouquet, with aromas of small dark berries, sour cherries, red fruits and spicy touches. Even in the mouth we find the same concentrated and evolved notes, accompanied by a warm and rich sip, aromatically very persistent. The Castello di Solicchiata wine was not born as a result of the trend of the Bordeaux cuts, much less after the success of the Super Tuscans. It is a wine project conceived in the second half of the 19th century and, therefore, can boast of a great tradition. The farm is located in Feudo di Solicchiata, a few kilometers from Adrano, on the southwestern side of Etna. The vines are grown on terraces located at an altitude of about 800 meters above sea level, on lava matrix soils rich in sand and lapilli. It is in these particular conditions that Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon mature with elegant profiles, thanks to the sunny exposure, cool climate and considerable temperature variations at altitude. The three varieties are harvested and vinified separately, following their respective maturation periods. The fermentations are carried out in wooden vats. The wines mature for 48 months in barrels and once the final assembly is finished, they are bottled. Before being put on the market, a refinement is expected in the Castillo cellars for a period of 36 months. Solicchiata succeeds in the difficult task of remaining faithful to the profile of Etna terroir wines, elegant, fresh and mineral, despite being produced with the typical Bordeaux varieties. A fascinating synthesis, which gives it a label with great personality and character. The wine shows an intense garnet red colour. The olfactory palette is wide and multifaceted, with aromas of small dark berries, sour cherry, cherry, more mature nuances of currant jam, elegant spicy nuances, vanilla nuances and woody nuances. On the palate it shows significant structure and body, with a dense and silky tannic texture, complexity and richness of aromas, refined tertiary evolutions, a finish of great expressive harmony and good freshness.

After racking, the wines mature in new barrels at 25% for 18 months and after bottling, the wine ages for 18 months in the bottle before going on the market. Petra 2017 has a bright ruby red color. The nose is intact and intense with notes reminiscent of red fruits, wild blackberry, cherry and currant. These aromas are pleasantly flanked by balsamic notes reminiscent of Mediterranean scrub, bay leaves and spicy notes of pepper and incense with nuances of vanilla that create a bouquet of great complexity and finesse. On the palate it is powerful and voluminous, pleasantly fresh with a rich and silky tannic texture. The taste balance achieved by Petra 2017 makes it pleasant to drink at the moment but capable of great evolution over the years.

Montalcino - Siena - Hill of Sant'Angelo overlooking the River Orcia, with a happy south orientation that allows sunshine for the whole day. Average altitude 300 m a.s.l. Particular clones of Sangiovese, selected by Col d'Orcia. Manual collection, with a rigorous selection of the best grapes from the vineyard and later on the classification table in the basement. Maximum expected yield for disciplinary production: 80 q/ha. Yield of the 2016 harvest: 65 q/ha. Fermentation on the skins for 18-20 days, at a controlled temperature below 28ºC, in low and wide 150 hl steel tanks, specially designed to efficiently but delicately extract tannins and colour. 4 years of which 3 in Allier and Slavonian oak barrels of 25 - 50 and 75 hl capacity and subsequent refining in the bottle for at least 12 months in temperature-controlled rooms. Colour: Ruby red, with garnet reflections. Nose: It has intense and complex aromas that refer to small ripe red fruits and plum jam, then leaves room for notes of toast and vanilla. Taste: Wine with excellent structure, full-bodied, complete and balanced. It has an enveloping tannic texture that leads to a pleasantly fruity and persistent finish.

Lacrima di Morro d'Alba ``Rubico`` is a red wine with a fresh, fragrant and young profile, aged exclusively in steel tanks. Floral sensations of violet and rose and notes of Mediterranean spices, fruits of the forest make up a delicate and very characteristic bouquet. The sip is guided by a sharp freshness and pleasant tannins that make the taste pleasant and smooth.

Intense red in color with violet reflections, the nose expresses a strong aromatic integrity in which notes of cherry and morello cherry combined with spicy and vanilla notes are evident. In the mouth it is characterized by a good structure, a long and balsamic finish, ripe tannins and a persistent aftertaste. Grapes from vineyards selected and harvested by hand. Aged 60% in steel and 40% of the wine in second-pass barrels for 10 months. Three more months in the bottle complete the maturation process.

Baladin (Cuneo, Piemonte) Belgian Strong Amber Ale 8% Vol. It is an amber-colored beer with a light hazelnut-colored persistent foam. Fruity and warm aromas immediately hit the nose, blending harmoniously with the delicate herbal and citrus notes of the lupolo, which we find in the mouth even at the moment of tasting together with the cereal notes present from the first sip.

Birrificio del Forte (Forte dei Marmi, Toscana) Strong Ale 7,5% Vol. Fruity and warm aromas immediately hit the nose, blending harmoniously with the delicate herbal and citrus notes of the lupolo, which we find in the mouth even at the moment of tasting together with the cereal notes present from the first sip. The taste, characterized by a sweet flavor, is accompanied by a slight hoppiness which contributes to its slipperiness.

Baladin (Cuneo, Piemonte) Wit/Blanche Beer 5% Vol. A pale yellow, slightly veiled and opalescent white beer with a fine and moderate foam. It then presents itself on the palate with a pleasant harmony of cereals and citrus fruits that interpenetrate and merge into a delicate floral and spicy balance. This leads to a slightly grassy finish, giving way, in goose, to a fine and enticing spicy note.

Birrificio del Forte (Forte dei Marmi, Toscana) Dark Strong Ale 8% Vol. Dark brown in color, it has intense perfumes of candied fruits accompanied by a light spicy note in the background. The palate emits a soft sweetness reminiscent of dried fruit (figs, dates and cherries).
